Consulting Sessions
$50 per hour

If you would like to write your copy yourself or you already have a pitch that is mostly there, but would like some help—I also offer consulting sessions where we can work together until you copy is perfect. Times vary depending on how much needs to be done, but most marketing copy projects can be polished up in 30-60 minutes.

Do you offer payment plans?
I do! All packages need at least a partial payment of $50 to begin, but we can split the remainder of the package into installments as low as $25 a month if needed.
What are your payment options?
You can choose to pay by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, or Amex) or an ACH transfer from your bank. Installment plans are automatically deducted from a credit or debit card each month. I send invoices through Freshbooks with a link to pay, so I never see or store your financial information myself.
Do you need to read my book?
I’d like to! I think it helps the quality of the pitch/marketing copy if I know exactly what I’m selling. That being said, if you’d rather I didn’t or if you’re trying to pitch on proposal (no book written yet), we can get on a call to discuss the details of your project instead.
How long is your turnaround?
I can complete most projects within 7 days. I will confirm my timeline with you after you contact me, and if you have particular deadline restrictions, I’ll try to work within them as best I can.
I have been contracted for 8 books in my career, 3 with Penguin Random House & 5 with Entangled. 7 of those were sold on proposal. 100% of my books/proposals taken to acquisitions have been contracted.
Before and during that time, I have also:
• Spent 8 years as the Online Sales and Marketing Director for a retail chain with 40 locations, increasing online revenue from $300,000 a year to $6 million a year.
• Spent 4 years as the Operations Manager for a boutique email marketing agency, directing and overseeing content for 20 different brand voices.
• Co-Founded #RWChat, a weekly twitter chat that helped 200+ romance writers advance their careers through conversations about craft, business, marketing, and author-life.
